Refund Policy

Mathsversity operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  Course Fees: All payments made for course access, premium content, or platform enrollment are non-refundable.

  Access Fees: Fees paid for premium access to specific courses or platform features are non-refundable.

  Any Other Payments: All other payments made through the platform are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, the transaction cannot be cancelled. All sales are final. We do not offer:

  Cancellation of completed payments

  Partial or full refunds for unused access periods

  Prorated refunds for early termination of access

  Chargebacks or disputed payment reversals

The only exception to this no-refund policy is in the case of:

  Platform Error: In the rare event of a technical error on our part that results in an incorrect charge or duplicate payment, we will rectify the issue by refunding the erroneous amount.
