Mathsversity is an interactive platform designed to enhance math skills through adaptive problem-solving, progress tracking, and a points-based leaderboard. It tailors challenges to your skill level for optimal learning.

Premium Access is a paid plan that unlocks all course content on Mathsversity for a limited period. With Premium, you get:

• Unlimited access to all premium courses and topics
• Advanced adaptive learning with IRT-based problem selection
• Detailed progress analytics and performance reports
• Priority support from our team

You can purchase Premium Access through our secure enrollment page. The process is simple:

• Visit the Courses page and select a course to enroll
• Fill in your name, email, and phone number
• Pay securely via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking through Cashfree Payments
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation

The current fee for Premium Access is ₹100.00 for 30 days of unlimited access.

Premium Access is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, your access to premium course content will expire. You can renew by making a new payment — there are no automatic subscriptions or recurring charges.

When your Premium Access expires:

• You will lose access to premium course content and topics
• Your free account and any non-premium features remain accessible
• Your learning progress, ability scores, and achievements are preserved
• You can renew at any time by making a new payment

Mathsversity operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in case of a technical error resulting in an incorrect or duplicate charge. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

Earn points by solving math problems correctly, with points varying by difficulty and hints used:

• 2 points - No hints
• 1.5 points - 1 hint
• 1 point - 2 hints
• 0.5 points - 3 hints

Points contribute to your ranking and track your progress.

Topic Abilities reflect your proficiency in specific math topics (e.g., Algebra, Geometry). They update based on your performance, ensuring problems match your skill level for effective learning.

The leaderboard updates in real-time as points are earned. Categories include:

• Weekly Rankings - Reset every Monday
• Monthly Rankings - Reset on the 1st
• All-Time Rankings - Cumulative points

View short-term and long-term progress.

Progress resets are handled by administrators. Contact support to request a reset, though we recommend retaining your history for personalized problem selection.

Your Dashboard offers analytics, including:

• Progress charts
• Topic strength indicators
• Performance comparisons
• Achievement milestones
• Practice recommendations

Mathsversity is a responsive web app for all devices. A dedicated iOS and Android app is planned for Q3 2025. Stay tuned for updates!

Educator accounts enable teachers to:

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our services, including:

• Account Information: Name, email, username, and optional details like phone number, date of birth, and profile picture
• Learning Data: Problem attempts, answers, scores, time spent, hints used, and topic-level ability estimates
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Payment Data: Name, email, phone, and purchase amount (processed securely via Cashfree Payments — we do not store full card details)

All your personal data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1 region). We do not currently transfer your data to servers outside India. Our infrastructure includes firewalls, encryption, and access controls to protect your information.

To request account deletion, please send an email to mathsversityinfo@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Our team will:

• Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
• Process the deletion within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days)
• Permanently remove your account, profile, learning data, badges, and personal information

Note that certain records (such as payment transaction logs) may be retained as required by tax and financial regulations. Leaderboard entries may be anonymized rather than fully deleted to preserve platform integrity.

We implement several security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
• Passwords are securely hashed using PBKDF2 and are never stored in plain text
• Brute-force login protection safeguards against unauthorized access attempts
• Optional two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account
• Our AWS infrastructure is protected by firewalls and network security controls

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our platform:

• AWS (India) — Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Cashfree Payments — Payment processing
• Google & Facebook — Social login authentication
• Firebase (Google) — Push notifications for mobile users
• Google SMTP — Sending account and support emails

Each of these providers is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
