Ashim Ghosh is the founder of Ujjwal Kids World, a school dedicated to holistic child development. With a background in engineering, holding an M.Tech degree (2009–2011), he has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and education research.
Over 15 years as a mathematics teacher, he has guided more than 10,000 students, mentoring them from early foundational maths into competitive exams and beyond.
His experience working with young minds, combined with insights from thousands of behavioural science data points have shaped a learning experience tailored to diverse needs. This unique blend of hands-on teaching expertise and scientific rigor ensures that every learner can build not just Python skills, but also the confidence to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Ashim believes that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their background. His approach combines evidence-based teaching methods with modern technology to create personalised learning experiences that adapt to each student's needs.
